If I remember Matthieu , you lost this deal because you tried to change the terms after signing the contracts and to top it all you hired another broker that was going to give you a kick back ! after I already SOLD it to you !!! You put a complaint to NY State which investigated the case and found NOTHING was wrong with my dealing with you . You just used the system to foil my Zillow account with nothing in your hand Shame on you !
